Mock-Up Website: Melissa Bakery Shop Redesign

Details: Collaborated with the design team to improve the desktop shopping experience for Baked by Melissa by conducting a competitive analysis against Magnolia Bakery, Sweet E’s Bake Shop, and Cold Stone Creamery, followed by a heuristic evaluation using Jakob Nielsen’s 10 usability principles to identify friction points, assess checkout flow, and recommend improvements to reduce customer support calls.

Used HTML, CSS, Flexbox, media queries, and responsive images to ensure the layout adapts seamlessly across devices.
